Revenue Generation Group — 24/7 Bilingual AI Receptionist & Dispatch
Last updated: August 12, 2026
Everything below is the detail.
The Missed-Call Revenue Assessment is free. We don’t charge for it, so there’s nothing to cancel or refund. Book it, keep it, or walk away — no obligation either way.
The Launch Package — your website rebuild plus AI receptionist setup — is a one-time fee charged on signing.
We’ll tell you when work is starting so there’s no surprise about when the refund window closes.
Your monthly retainer (Always On $797, Full Crew $1,997, or Multi-Truck $3,997) is billed in advance on your recurring billing date.
Every plan starts with a 12-month commitment (the “Initial Term”), running from the date your monthly Services go live.
Cancelling during the first 12 months. If you cancel during the Initial Term for any reason other than an uncured breach by RGG (Section 6), an early-termination fee applies. That fee is the lesser of:
The Launch Package fee is not refunded in an early cancellation.
Why the commitment exists: the Launch Package is priced below the real cost of the build because we make it back over the term. Early cancellation is why the fee exists — it’s not a penalty for leaving, it’s the balance of work already delivered up front.
After the Initial Term, your Agreement continues month-to-month. Either side can cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice. No early-termination fee applies after the Initial Term — just the 30 days’ notice, and you’re billed for that final period.
Everything above assumes RGG is doing its job. It isn’t a way to hold you to a service that’s broken.
If RGG materially breaches the Agreement — fails to deliver the Services as described — and doesn’t fix it within 30 days of your written notice, you may terminate without the early-termination fee, and you only owe fees for Services actually provided through the termination date. This policy doesn’t limit any other right you have under the Service Agreement or applicable law.
One honest note on results: we don’t guarantee a specific number of calls answered or booked, a revenue figure, or a business outcome — nobody credible does, and we won’t pretend otherwise. The estimates in your assessment are good-faith numbers, not promises. Not hitting a projected revenue figure isn’t a breach and isn’t grounds for a refund. Us failing to actually run the Service you’re paying for is.
Autopay is required for the whole term. If a payment fails:
A suspension for non-payment is not a cancellation. Your commitment and any amounts owed still stand.
Send written notice to Growth@revenuegenerationgroup.com from the email on your account. Tell us:
We’ll confirm your cancellation date, any final charges or early-termination fee, and your data export in writing. After cancellation and once all amounts are paid, we make your business data (contacts and call records) available for export for 30 days. Your website content and brand assets are yours; RGG’s proprietary configuration, AI setup, and automations stay with RGG.
If something looks wrong on a charge, contact us first — we’ll sort it out fast. Filing a chargeback or bank dispute instead of contacting us doesn’t cancel your commitment or waive fees legitimately owed, and it may pause your Services while we resolve it.
We may update this policy. Changes apply going forward, not to cancellations already in motion. The version in effect when you signed governs your Agreement. The date at the top shows the current version.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy works alongside the RGG Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions. Where a signed Service Agreement covers the same ground, that Agreement controls.
