These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Revenue Generation Group website and services. Revenue Generation Group is a brand operated by Paramount Contact Partners LLC (“RGG,” “we,” “us”). By accessing our site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.
By using this website or our services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to do so.
We provide AI-powered bilingual receptionist and call-handling, nearshore dispatch, website design, digital marketing, CRM integration, and related consulting. A signed service agreement, where one exists, controls over these Terms if there is a conflict.
Services are for business use by individuals 18 or older with authority to contract, and are unavailable where prohibited by law.
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Setup and Launch Package fees are due as quoted; monthly fees are billed in advance. Certain tiers carry minimum commitment periods. Late amounts may accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Fees exclude applicable taxes.
Setup and Launch Package fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. After any commitment period, service is month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Clients must provide accurate information, grant necessary access, and comply with applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA, including obtaining required consents for recordings and outreach to their customers.
You may not use our services for illegal activity, spam, malware, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, resale, harassment, or fraud.
We retain all rights in our software, systems, and methodologies. You retain rights in content you provide and grant us a limited license to use it to deliver services. Website deliverables transfer to you upon full payment.
Each party will protect the other’s non-public information using reasonable care for three years after the engagement ends.
Our services may integrate third-party platforms (Google, Meta, HubSpot, Twilio, and others). We are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or pricing.
Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Performance estimates are not guarantees; results vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the services, your content, inadequate consents, or your breach of these Terms.
Either party may terminate for a material breach uncured after 30 days’ notice. We may suspend services for non-payment or policy violations. Client content will be made available for export within 30 days of termination upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware. Class actions are waived.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages, pandemics, or natural disasters.
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with any service agreement and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement. The parties are independent contractors. No assignment without consent.
Where you provide a mobile number and give consent, Revenue Generation Group may send text messages relating to your free AI Opportunity Audit — the booking link, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about your audit report. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency is typically 2-5 messages around a scheduled audit and no more than approximately 8 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
